We will confirm your booking with a written proof of reservation. As soon as the deposit has been transferred to our account your reservation is guaranteed.

Arrival & Departure

On the day of arrival your family suite will be available from 3 p.m.
Your room is to be vacated by 10 a.m. on the day of departure.


Cancellation Fees

• between the reservation and 3 months before the check-in date: deposit sum
• between 3 and 1 month before the check-in date: 40%
• between 1 month and 1 week before the check-in date: 70%
• within 7 days of the check-in date or for no-shows: 90%

of the total package fee.

Payment

Payment is possible in cash, debit card, MasterCard, Visa or in advance via bank transfer

Travel Cancellation Insurance

To avoid any cancellation fees we recommend that you take out MOAR-GUT travel insurance for 9.00 € per day for the whole family.
In the case of a cancellation we CHARGE AN EXCESS OF 20%.

Smoking

We are a non-smoking hotel. Ashtrays are available on every balcony and on the hotel terrace.

Dogs

You are welcome to bring your four-legged friend with you on holiday at Hotel MOAR-GUT. We charge 18 € per dog per day without food.
Please note that dogs are not allowed in our restaurant. The swimming pool, fitness rooms, child care areas and the wellness & beauty areas are also out of bounds for pets.

Prices

Our prices are in EURO per person per night including our gourmet board and all MOAR-GUT included services.
Local tax of 0.90 € per adult per day is not included.
