There is a ski practice area for beginners right next to the Moar Gut. While mom and dad can enjoy a coffee in the lakeside restaurant, the little ones can learn their first turns in the snow.
They start right at the Moar Gut magic carpet, the slightly more advanced skiers are already whizzing down the rope lift and for the older ones it's straight to the Grossarltal-Dorfgastein ski area.
2. The ski school
We offer ski and snowboard lessons for all abilities directly at Moar Gut as well as in the ski area. Whether children (from 2 years) or adults. Whether in a group or in private lessons. We have the perfect offer for every wish. The empathetic ski instructors at Toni Gruber Ski School cater to the needs of each individual.

3. The Grossarltal-Dorfgastein ski area
The Grossarltal-Dorfgastein ski area is 3km away and has around 80 kilometers of pistes. There is everything from blue to black pistes. The perfect ski area for skiers of all abilities.

4. The shuttle service
Our shuttle service takes all our guests to the ski area at any time and picks them up again after their skiing fun. The ski area is about 3km from the resort and the journey takes about 5 minutes.
Just call the hotel reception and the shuttle driver will pick our guests up again. Completely flexible & individual.
5. The ski rental
The SPORT2000 sports shop is located directly at the Moar Gut. A large selection of winter equipment is available for hire and sale. From alpine and cross-country ski equipment to the right winter boots.
The trained staff are always there for you and will be happy to advise you on the right choice of winter sports equipment.

6. The ski lockers
The locker room is located right next to the sports store. Here our guests can store all their winter sports equipment and dry and warm it up after their winter sports experience. Each family has its own locker, which can be opened with the room card.
7. Time to take a break
Skiing is also exhausting. Our snow carousel is there to give you time to relax and unwind. Get in and simply enjoy a short break.
