When the leaves change color and nature shines in bright colors, it is probably the perfect hiking weather for us. The many family-friendly hiking trails lead through forests and meadows and one or two mountain huts are still open for a stop in the fall.

Animal observation
Many animals prepare for hibernation in the fall. They prepare their nests, collect and hide supplies and build up a good supply of fat to get them through the cold winter months. On a stroll around our family resort, you can spot one or two animals. Be it a squirrel hiding nuts in the ground or a hedgehog building a shelter for the winter.
