Not only kids and teens work up a sweat here at Moar Gut – parents can also join in on the action-packed activities. This way, the whole family experiences a very special kind of active holiday at Moar Gut. Today on the blog, we’re sharing our five favorite indoor activities where sportswear is definitely a must!

1. Sports Hall

Our 12 x 18 m sports hall offers plenty of space for active guests. Whether you’re shooting a few hoops in basketball or hosting a soccer tournament, movement and fun always come first here. Parents are, of course, warmly invited to play together with their kids and even compete against them! And if you prefer to enjoy the view from a distance, you can take a seat in the stands and watch the action unfold.

Our teen supervisors also regularly spend time in the sports hall with the older kids and happily join in for an exciting match or two!

2. Bouldering & Climbing Hall

Head for the heights on our 8-meter-high climbing wall. Thanks to the three automatic belay systems, climbing is possible even without a partner. And truly anyone can give it a try! Big or small – harness on and up you go!

If you’re not too fond of heights, you can try bouldering instead. The 20 cm thick foam mat ensures a soft and safe landing.

3. Trampoline Hall

Jump and soar! In the trampoline hall, movement takes center stage. Different jumping zones with obstacles and a window jump promise plenty of fun and action.

4. Exergaming Room

Combine physical activity with digital experiences. In the exergaming room, kids can enjoy a variety of digital games that get them moving. For example, you can race against dad on the iWall ski game or try out different types of balls with the Multiball system. The balls are ready and waiting – just throw them at the digital board and collect points!

5. Fitness Studio

Sports enthusiasts will get their money’s worth in our light-flooded fitness studio. Whether on the treadmill, rowing machine, or leg press, you can easily maintain your workout routine even while on vacation. And the best part? Our fitness trainers offer a variety of classes several times a week – from fascia training and group boxing sessions to circuit training.
