My name is Lisa, I'm 27 years old and I'm originally from Saalfelden. I've lived in Grossarl for ten years, am married and have two wonderful children. Although I trained as a masseuse and practiced this profession, I have been working in the breakfast service here at Moar Gut since June 2024. I'm a very open person who likes to laugh, enjoy nature and be around people.
What is particularly important to you?
Respectful interaction and honesty are essential for me - both in my private and professional life. I find that mutual respect makes living and working together much more pleasant.
How did you come to work at Moar Gut?
Before I had children, I was already helping out as a masseuse at Moar Gut. Last year, I wanted a career change. Thanks to MOARgascht and Instagram, Moar Gut stuck in my head. After a conversation with my neighbor Simone, who works at reception, I made the decision - and it was a perfect fit.
What do you particularly like about your work at Moar Gut?
The short commute to work is of course a big plus, but above all the family relationship with the Kendlbacher family and the pleasant working atmosphere make working here special. There is a great team spirit, even across departments. My children and I also enjoy the many opportunities that Moar Gut offers - be it the playground, the trampoline hall or the fitness and wellness facilities. I really enjoy working here and appreciate the fact that I have enough time for my children.
How do you reconcile family and work?
Moar Gut is very family-friendly and mothers/parents are given special consideration - be it in terms of working hours or the option of flexible vacation planning. During the vacations, I can bring the children with me and they are allowed to spend their time in the children's yard, which the two of them really celebrate, to quote them. All of this makes it much easier for me to combine my job with my family.
What do you enjoy most about your job?
I love doing something good for people and making their family vacation more enjoyable. In a 5-star resort, guests' expectations are naturally high, which I find very motivating and a great challenge to maintain this standard and give them an unforgettable time. The positive feedback is incredibly inspiring and it's a great feeling to see how comfortable the guests feel here.
How do you spend your free time? What is your balance to work?
In my free time, I prefer to be out in nature, whether it's hiking, skiing or sledging with my family, or enjoying a picnic in Hüttschlag See. But I also enjoy simply spending time at home and relaxing.
