Why spring at Moar Gut is so special
Because everything awakens. Our animals on the organic farm enjoy the warm sunshine and leap joyfully across the meadows and pastures. The days grow longer and the sun’s rays stronger. The first daisies and cowslips appear, and our Nature Children’s Farm team sets off with the children to explore the outdoors. Picking flowers, observing beetles, and crafting with natural materials – a holiday in perfect harmony with nature. Especially for children, spring on the farm becomes a true highlight: feeding animals, playing outside, and discovering nature – far away from everyday life.
And our Icelandic horses? They’re excited for the first rides into the mountains again. For galloping across the meadows. For lush, fresh grass. And above all, for the many riders at Moar Gut!

Around Moar Gut, an impressive natural landscape unfolds, inviting you to take leisurely walks along the Großarler Ache. Our sports shop is already bringing out the bikes, so nothing stands in the way of a relaxed cycling tour! And our caretakers? They’re already hard at work preparing the tennis court and archery course for the warm days ahead.
