Our Familien Natur Resort Moar Gut is located in Großarl in the Salzburger Land region of Austria. Großarl lies nestled in the Hohe Tauern nature reserve, around 70 kilometres from the city of Salzburg.
Plane, train & car
Arriving by train
If you are travelling by train, the nearest station is St. Johann im Pongau – this is the usual destination for rail travel to the Moar Gut. From there we will gladly arrange a shuttle for you and your family.
Arriving by plane
If you are travelling by plane, we recommend choosing Salzburg or Munich as your destination airports.
Salzburg Airport is only about 1 hour away. Munich Airport also offers many attractive flight connections and can be reached in around 2.5 hours.
We are happy to arrange a private transfer from the airport directly to our hotel so that your journey is as relaxed and comfortable as possible.
