We begin our retreat in the evening with a very special session: the Signature Bondi Base Flow. The focus is on gently lengthening and releasing your muscles – ideal after your journey and perfect for starting the evening and the retreat in a relaxed way.

Accompanied by gentle music and candlelight, you will find yourself: just you, your body, and the mat. Get into your flow.

During the Bondi Retreat, we are very pleased to collaborate with Dr. Haas and Dr. Holzmeister, who will be personally present at Moar Gut along with a beautician.

IV DRIP INFUSIONEN

A medical therapy in which nutrients, vitamins, minerals, or medications are directly administered into the bloodstream via a vein. This is done through an IV (intravenous) drip, where a fluid is continuously delivered into the body via an infusion.

The treatments will be carried out by Dr. Haas and Dr. Holzmeister.

COSMETIC TREATMENTS

Professional skincare treatments for the face, aimed at improving, rejuvenating, and nourishing the skin. These treatments not only cleanse but also promote skin health and maintain a fresh, radiant complexion.
