FAQs about the Lillee Baby Spa
Do I need an appointment?
An appointment is required; please reserve via our website. (LINK)
How and when do I pay?
Payment is made when the appointment is booked.
When can my baby come to the Spa?
The baby must weigh at least 3 kg and the navel must be fully healed. Most babies start from around their third week of life.
Until when can my baby take part in baby massage, baby floating and baby yoga?
- From the 3rd week of life until your baby starts crawling.
- The first session must take place within the first 6 months, as tolerance for something new is greatest at this time; after that, you can continue for as long as your baby enjoys it.
- The maximum body weight for baby floating (regardless of age) is 11 kg.
How long do I need to wait after a vaccination?
Please wait at least three days after any vaccination.
What do we need to bring?
All you need to bring is a changing bag with a change of clothes and nappies. At our Baby Spa we provide swim nappies, wet wipes, oil, towels, a breastfeeding room and a bottle warmer (all included in the price).
Delays, cancellations, illness
What should we do in case of delay or cancellation?
- Appointments cancelled or postponed by the customer LESS THAN 24 HOURS in advance will be charged. See GTCs (right of withdrawal).
- In case of cancellation due to the child’s illness, only the loss costs (session price -20%) must be paid and a certificate from your paediatrician must be sent by email.
- If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your booked appointment, the booked service can and will no longer be provided in full.
- If you are 30 minutes late, the full cancellation fee is payable and the appointment automatically lapses.
How the Baby Spa works
Where can we park and what is the procedure for the first appointment for local Baby Spa guests?
Please park in the Moar Gut underground garage and come to reception. We will then be happy to accompany you to the spa. Please plan to arrive at the Moar Gut at least 15 minutes before your booked session.
What special quality standards and safety measures are observed in the Moar Gut Baby Spa?
At the Lillee Baby Spa strict safety standards are applied, including regular checks of our facilities, regular training and refresher courses for our team with experience in baby care, and specially developed, safe baby pools. All materials and products used in the spa comply with the latest, highest safety and hygiene standards.
How much does a treatment cost and may accompanying persons come along?
Please refer to the current price list on our website for prices. Please check the relevant service on our website before booking, or feel free to contact us by phone.
Accompanying persons are allowed, but limited to a maximum of 2 people per baby.
May I take photos in the Baby Spa?
At the Lillee Baby Spa photography is allowed so you can capture special moments. You may take photos and videos of your own baby, but no other babies may appear in your images. Filming the entire course during activities such as baby massage, baby yoga and special courses is not permitted, as Lillee offers its own online course videos. Clients of the Lillee Baby Spa can purchase these videos on site at a reduced price, especially if they have already taken part in a course.
