Katharina and Lukas
Our restaurant manager Katharina and bartender Lukas are spending a few weeks in Thailand training to become bartenders. In addition to exciting inputs and lots of practical work, they are of course also having fun. They enjoy their time in Thailand and discover the country and its culture.
Simone
Our childcare worker and swimming instructor Simone is improving her English skills. In the online course, Simone gets to know the language better, learns how to express herself in it and also the correct spelling.
Johanna
Our former breakfast waitress is currently training to become a kindergarten assistant and will start as a supervisor at the Natur-Kinderhof at the end of June. We are particularly pleased when employees develop their skills in our house and bring their skills to other departments.
Magdalena
In addition to her work at the hotel, Magdalena is currently writing her bachelor's thesis in marketing and communication. The lockdown period has probably coincided perfectly with this.
Lisa
Lisa is currently completing courses in neuromarketing and market, advertising and consumer psychology to continuously expand her knowledge.
Laura and Felicitas
To ensure that our animals are also well looked after during this time, our riding instructors Laura and Felicitas lovingly look after our animals. Laura is also currently training her own young horses.
Katharina
Our childminder Katharina is currently training educating and learning.
Claudia
Our beauty manager Claudia was on vacation in Rome with her family and is currently doing further training in employee motivation and leadership.
Markus
Our head chef Markus was in Mallorca with his family and enjoyed his time of relaxation to the full.
We are excited to see what the employees take away from this time and what great new experiences they share with us! We look forward to welcoming all employees back to the hotel on 28.06.2024 and getting back to work together.
