“Move Smart!” is based on the experiences of former German professional skier Felix Neureuther, who was able to specifically improve his reaction times and performance through a combination of cognitive and motor skills training. In collaboration with the Technical University of Munich, this has been developed into an exercise and educational programme that combines playful exercises for the mind and body. The aim is to instil a love of exercise in people of all ages and thereby promote long-term physical and mental health.
