A new restaurant at Moar Gut – and a return to its roots.
A tribute to what endures.
Ferdinand is a restaurant that represents both a new beginning and a return to its roots. Named after Grandpa Ferdinand, who, together with his wife Maria, laid the foundation for the house, this new concept is a tribute to the origins of Moar Gut and a natural evolution of the values it has upheld for generations.
The location itself is steeped in history: the dining room that now houses Ferdinand was originally the first guest parlour of the house. It was here that Moar Gut’s tradition of genuine hospitality began — and it is here that it now returns, reimagined for a new era.
“The finest dishes are not created through grand words, but through time, care, and respect for what nature provides.”
Ferdinand Prommegger, Senior Owner
