Forest Matcha

Ingredients

  • 200 ml oat drink (alternatively cow’s milk, almond drink, …)
  • 1-2 tsp honey
  • 1 pinch of cardamom or cinnamon
  • 1 handful of spruce needles (to taste)

Preparation

  • Mix all the ingredients together and blend until the milk turns green
  • Then strain the drink and your forest matcha is ready
  • Enjoy with ice on warm summer days or, if you prefer it warm, you can use heated milk
