Ingredients
- 200 ml oat drink (alternatively cow’s milk, almond drink, …)
- 1-2 tsp honey
- 1 pinch of cardamom or cinnamon
- 1 handful of spruce needles (to taste)
Preparation
- Mix all the ingredients together and blend until the milk turns green
- Then strain the drink and your forest matcha is ready
- Enjoy with ice on warm summer days or, if you prefer it warm, you can use heated milk
