Ingredients
- Eggs
- 1 L red wine (maybe not the best bottle for this 😉)
- 200 g sugar
Instructions
- Pour the wine and sugar into a pot.
- Place the eggs in the pot and boil them for 8 minutes.
- Remove the pot from the heat and let the eggs soak in the liquid for 24 hours.
- Then remove them with a slotted spoon and let them dry on a cloth.
