Healthy carnival doughnuts (doughnuts) from the oven

Ingredients (for approx. 8 pieces):

  • 250g spelt flour
  • 1 dry yeast
  • 150ml oat drink (or milk, other plant-based drink)
  • A dash of maple syrup
  • Jam or nut butter for filling

Preparation:

  • Mix all the ingredients into a dough and knead well until it forms a ball.
  • Leave to rise in a warm place for approx. 1 hour
  • Preheat the oven to 180°C hot air
  • Shape the dough into small balls and leave to rise for another 15-20 minutes.
  • Bake for approx. 15 minutes.
  • Pour the jam or nut butter into a piping bag and fill the doughnuts.
  • If you like, you can sprinkle the doughnuts with powdered sugar.
