From Mukabhyanga (an Ayurvedic face, head and neck massage) and our Light Mama Leg Massage to the Healthy Face – Mamalicious by AELUA treatment: specially selected massages and beauty treatments offer precious moments of relaxation in our Natur Spa. Our professionally trained spa team is highly experienced and attentive to the individual needs of mums-to-be. Gentle pregnancy massages can be particularly soothing, for example to ease tension in the back, shoulders and neck or to relieve tired legs. As pregnancy progresses, a side-lying position is particularly suitable, as lying flat on the back for extended periods should be avoided. Gentle facial treatments, as well as manicures and pedicures, are also wonderful ways to consciously take some time for yourself during pregnancy.

What Makes Mama Matters So Special?
Mama Matters puts the needs of women during pregnancy, the postpartum period and beyond at the heart of everything they do. Developed and handcrafted in Vienna, the skincare products are made with natural, organic ingredients and carefully formulated in-house recipes. Mama Matters focuses on a refined selection of high-quality ingredients, chosen specifically for their individual properties.
Many of the products are intentionally fragrance-free – taking into account the heightened sensitivity to scents during pregnancy as well as the special closeness between mother and baby after birth. The formulations are also backed by extensive expertise in agricultural science, plant medicine, natural cosmetics, botanicals and aromatherapy.
