Reformer Pilates is a highly effective full-body workout that improves strength, flexibility, and body control all at once. The resistance provided by the springs strengthens muscles in a targeted manner while being gentle on the joints—making it ideal for all fitness levels. At the same time, the workout promotes good posture, strengthens the core muscles, and can relieve tension. The flowing movements and mindful breathing also promote relaxation and a greater sense of body awareness.

We offer a variety of Reformer Pilates sessions several times a week at Moar Gut. We distinguish between Burn and Balance: in the Burn sessions, additional weights are often incorporated into the workouts alongside bodyweight exercises. Our certified trainers bring extensive experience and a strong sense of awareness to every class.

Sophie

Sophie is a certified trainer in Reformer Pilates, mat Pilates, yoga, and mindfulness, combining holistic training with mental clarity. Sport has always been a part of her life, but it was through yoga and Pilates that she truly learned to arrive—into the moment, into her body, and into herself. Her sessions go beyond movement: they are about finding your center, switching off your mind, and turning your focus inward. With precise technique, flowing sequences, and great music, she creates a class where you can fully arrive in the moment—completely present, fully yourself.

Birgit

As a physiotherapist, Birgit combines in-depth knowledge of the body with her passion for mindful movement. Her focus is on body awareness, deep muscle activation, and inner stability—delivered in a calm, motivating atmosphere full of positive energy.

Claudia

A native of Großarl, Claudia has been guiding people in fitness and personal training for nearly 20 years. She discovered Reformer Pilates through its combination of flowing movement, strength, and concentration. In her classes, she blends functional training with Pilates principles.

Our Reformer Pilates sessions are available to both hotel guests and locals.
