A special riding experience just for you: accompanied by your own riding instructor, you’ll set off on a private ride along the panoramic trail surrounding our resort. Enjoy the tranquillity of nature and magnificent views across the Großarl Valley at your own pace – with personal guidance and no group. - Mountain Trail Ride to the Alpine Pasture
A true adventure for experienced riders: together with one of our riding instructors and a small group, you’ll spend around 3.5 hours riding through the spectacular mountain scenery of the Großarl Valley to the Paulhütte mountain hut. Covering plenty of elevation along the way, the ride takes you through the mountains at a walk, trot and canter. Once you reach the alpine pasture, the horses enjoy a well-earned rest while you savour freshly prepared traditional Kaiserschmarren surrounded by breathtaking mountain views. After time to relax and take in the scenery, you’ll set off together on the ride back down into the valley. Riders must be confident and able to ride independently at a walk, trot and canter.
“There is hardly anything more rewarding for me than sharing the joy of riding and the special bond with horses with children here at Moar Gut. Horses are part of my everyday life and my greatest passion – whether here at Moar Gut or spending time with my own horse at the stables.”
Laura, riding instructor at Moar Gut
