In about one hour, it provides a comprehensive picture of your current physical condition – the ideal foundation for targeted exercise, recovery, and long-term well-being. The analysis is based on state-of-the-art technology and combines scientific insights with a user-friendly evaluation.

Our fitness trainer Andrea will guide you through the body check personally. He leads you through the individual tasks and explains the detailed results at the end of the assessment.

Once the body check has been fully completed, you can log in to the app and the individual machines using QR codes. The number of repetitions, the resistance level, and many other factors are incorporated into your future training plan.
