What rules apply to Hotels?
Now the 3G rule applies again, from 05.03.2022 the 3G certificate and the FFP2 mask obligation will be abolished.
NATURE SPA & SWIMMING AREAS
Hygiene & preventive measures.
- Sufficient space in the entire wellness area to guarantee the minimum distance of 1 meter (masks are not obligatory in the wet area)
- Notes about the person limits in the saunas

Possibility for (hand) disinfection at various places
- All spa areas are open. Various water areas (panoramic indoor pool, baby and toddler pool, 25-meter outdoor pool, water slide, whirlpool and mountain lake) create a lot of free space and options for our guests
- Beauty and massage treatments take place without restrictions
FAMILY SUITES

- The duly disinfected family suite guarantees a safe stay for you and your loved ones with a seal of hygiene before arrival
- Daily room cleaning with industrial hot steam without chemical additives
- Daily cleaning of all areas of the suite
- On request we provide hand disinfectants at net cost price
NATUR KINDERHOF
Hygiene & preventive measures
- Natur Kinderhof with more than 1,000 m² of play area. Spacious outdoor area with organic farm, nature playground and much more.
- Every child's temperature is measured when entering the Kinderhof. Fever applies from 37.5 degrees.
- Sick and ailing children are not allowed to enter the Kinderhof.
- Masks must be worn when the child is handed over and in the parent-child area.
- The Kinderhof is closed daily from 12:00 to 12:30 for disinfection and airing of the premises.
- Regular airing of the premises throughout the Kinderhof during the day.
SKI & WINTER VACATION
Hygiene & preventive measures
- Hotel ski training slope with rope lift, snowmaking equipment, and carousel exclusively for Moar Gut guests
- Snow playground and toboggan run exclusively for Moar Gut guests
- Ski course bookings, private lessons and much more via the Moar Gut reception
- All ski instructors wear a mask or buff cloth during the ski courses
- Final race with award ceremony for the ski racers in our theater under observance of the minimum distances
- Ski equipment can be rented at the resort in Moar Ladl by Sport 2000
- Lift tickets for the Grossarl/Dorfgastein ski area available at the Moar Gut reception

Moar Flexibility for your carefree holiday happiness for bookings until 13.11.2022, we offer you carefree booking happiness with our free 14-day cancellation option! If you have to make use of this option, we will convert existing deposits into a voucher or pay out the amount if necessary. Secure your break from everyday life in our magical family resort with this carefree booking option. For carefree holiday planning, we have adjusted our general cancellation conditions as follows:
- up to 14 days before arrival free of charge
- from 14 days before arrival 70%
- from one week before arrival 90% of the booked arrangement price.
We recommend purchasing travel insurance, our reservations team will be happy to advise you on your options.
Deposits already made will be converted or transferred into a voucher for your next stay. Otherwise, the Austrian hotel and contract conditions apply.
