Together with The Haven and the MamAcademy, we invite you to a special Mom Retreat at Moar Gut.
A few days where it’s not just about being a mom, but above all, about you.
Waiting for you in your room is a Wildride side carrier, along with other lovingly selected goodies for mom and baby from brands that we, as moms ourselves, love and can’t imagine our daily lives without.
The Program:
Day 1 – Arrival & Getting to Know Each Other
• Welcome Round: Arrival, getting to know each other, and sharing—what can you expect over the next few days?
• Evening Session: Yoga x Sound Bath for Moms
Day 2 – Connect & Relax
• 10:00–11:00 a.m.: Play x Connect
• 1:00–2:00 p.m.: Baby Sound Bath
• 4:00–5:00 p.m.: Baby Swimming
• 8:00–9:00 p.m.: Yin Yoga – Relaxation + Good Night Meditation
Day 3 – Movement & Me-Time
• 9:30–10:30 a.m.: Pilates x Play – Bring Your Baby Edition
• 2:00–3:30 p.m.: Play x Connect
• 8:00–9:00 p.m.: Floating for Adults + Sound Bath in the pool area
Day 4 – Goodbye
• 10:00–11:00 a.m.: Goodbye Circle meets Play x Connect
Throughout the retreat, women can also schedule individual appointments for one-on-one coaching or couples coaching—for example, on topics such as introducing solid foods, weaning, sleep, or returning to work.
