are carried out under the medical guidance of trained specialists and take place in an atmospheric, newly created setting at Moar Gut.

In warm mountain spring water
Baby floating
Thanks to a special floating ring, the baby can move freely in a special baby bathtub filled with warm mountain spring water. Just like in mummy’s belly. The floating ring ensures that arms and legs remain free. This weightless feeling can have a particularly relaxing effect on the autonomic nervous system:

Requirements
- The residual umbilical cord must have completely fallen off and the navel must have healed.

Basal Stimulation
Basal stimulation consists of a mixture of massage techniques and gentle touches, that lead to the baby's mental and physical balance. These are carried out by Christina, a qualified pediatric nurse and cranio-sacral therapist.
Furthermore, basal stimulation supports your child's body awareness and at the same time ensures well-being and relaxation for restless babies. Elements of baby yoga are also incorporated to promote your child's development in a playful, active and professional way.

Baby relax combi
A combination of basal stimulation and baby floating. The baby is first pampered by our qualified pediatric nurse. Then it goes into the pleasantly warm water for floating, where your baby can experience the weightless feeling of being in mummy's belly again. An exclusive program!

Baby Yoga
